
The Platinum Group, a leader in shopping centre, wholesale-retail, hotel and office building businesses, is moving forward to create a new phenomenon for the retail industry. The company is launching Phase 1 of PLATINUM POP, positioning “LAI JIE” as a new international culinary hub in the heart of Bangkok. Bringing together more than 150 renowned restaurants and retail outlets, the project joins forces with leading partners to deliver a world-first elevated shopping experience. Phase 1 will officially open on June 30, 2026.

The project introduces a new experience under the concept ‘Join Us at the Table’, inviting everyone to share meals and enjoy great flavours, because every dish tells a story, every bite brings happiness and every meal creates memories. Inspired by the charm of Yaowarat, LAI JIE occupies more than 8,000 square metres across the G–M floors, backed by an investment of more than 180 million baht.
The destination brings together over 150 renowned restaurants and retail outlets, offering a wide variety of savoury dishes, desserts and beverages. It also features a collection of famous Thai souvenirs catering to tourists. At the same time, the project is joining forces with leading partners to add excitement, colour and new discoveries, creating memorable experiences at every stage of the shopping journey.
World-first highlights include the launch of the first-ever “EVEANDBOY Cafe”, reinforcing EVEANDBOY’s position as Thailand’s Beauty Destination, as well as TOFU SKINCARE MEGA MART, a major hub for Thai beauty brands spanning more than 7,200 square metres. The concept will elevate the shopping experience to a new level through its first-ever launch within a shopping centre.
In addition, HOUSE OF LITTLEBUNNY, the popular Thai fashion bag brand beloved by international customers, is taking a major step forward in establishing a Fashion Destination with its largest-ever Mega Flagship Store. The new landmark will officially welcome visitors on June 30. Visitors can also look forward to the full-scale POP Life Experience in Phase 2, scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.”



“LAI JIE” presents a curated selection of more than 150 food, beauty and souvenir outlets, all set within an atmosphere inspired by the vibrant lifestyle and charm of Yaowarat, one of Bangkok’s most iconic neighbourhoods and a district renowned for its world-famous night street food scene.


Highlights include heritage brands originating from Yaowarat, such as THREE TEA POTS, a contemporary tea brand with more than 100 years of cultural heritage, making its first expansion into a shopping centre; HONEYMOON DESSERT, founded in Hong Kong, which opened its first Thailand branch in Yaowarat and is now expanding into a shopping centre for the first time; Heng Pang Pua, a popular shaved ice dessert brand among younger consumers; Hia Lek Kao Lao Moo Sam Yang; A Tee Yai Yaowarat Fish Balls; and Cham Noodle Bowl Signature Mixed Noodles.
The destination also gathers many well-known restaurants and must-try street food brands, offering a wide variety of savoury dishes, desserts and beverages. To further enhance the dining experience, PLATINUM POP will launch “THE HUNGRY WARRIORS” campaign, inspired by legendary martial arts heroes and food enthusiasts from across the land coming together to conquer hunger. The campaign will debut through an online commercial featuring a battle among martial arts masters competing for the throne of Lai Jie.
Special promotions will also be available at the Lai Jie Street Food zone. Customers purchasing a cash card worth 200 baht will receive an additional 50 baht free of charge. A total of 6,000 privileges will be offered, representing a combined value of 300,000 baht, from June 30 to July 31, 2026.
In addition, visitors can look forward to the first-ever signature event, “Lai Jie: The Ultimate Culinary Battle Conquering All Hunger”, which will transform the venue into a martial arts arena in search of the kingdom’s greatest eater. The competition will feature three eating challenge formats, with winners competing for cash prizes and Champion Medals. Applications are scheduled to open in mid-July 2026, with the final rounds taking place on Aug 11–12, 2026.
Numerous promotions and exclusive privileges from leading restaurants and retailers will also be available throughout the period. Sport World will participate with a special sports fashion sale featuring products from leading brands at discounts of up to 80%, running from June 30 to July 31, 2026, at the promotional area on the M Floor.

EVEANDBOY is set to create a new phenomenon with the launch of the world’s first “EVEANDBOY Cafe”. The new flagship store spans more than 507 square metres and elevates the shopping experience into a Community Space for beauty enthusiasts, seamlessly integrating a Lifestyle Cafe concept. The brand is also preparing to collaborate with a leading trendy tea brand to create exclusive signature menu items available only at this location. The store will officially open on June 30 on the M Floor.

TOFU SKINCARE MEGA MART, branded as “Asia’s No.1 Beauty Destination Hub”, will introduce a fully immersive beauty shopping experience through its first flagship store in a shopping centre, spanning more than 7,200 square metres. The destination will offer a comprehensive range of beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics and dietary supplements, alongside food packages, snacks and popular souvenirs, all available in one location at wholesale prices from the first item purchased. Visitors can also enjoy a full calendar of Festive Events, Entertainment activities and Mega Sale Promotions. The store will officially open on July 4, 2026, on the 1st Floor.
HOUSE OF LITTLEBUNNY will launch the largest Mega Flagship Store in the brand’s history, occupying 500 square metres. The store has been designed to deliver an exclusive shopping experience that stylishly reflects the brand’s identity. Visitors can look forward to a new collection, special items and major surprises scheduled for August 2026 on the 1st Floor.
